Art Program Dates & Cost

Painting / Drawing Session 1 – May 29 – June 5, 2027

Registration form, responsibility waiver and a USD $200 deposit are due by March 29, 2027. The deposit will ensure your place in the workshop and will be applied to the program cost. Balance in full is due by April 29, 2027. Participants register for the full session with everyone arriving on Paros on May 29, 2027. Departure date is June 6, 2027.

Painting / Drawing Session 2 – June 26 – July 3, 2027

Registration form, responsibility waiver and a USD $200 deposit are due by April 26, 2027. The deposit will ensure your place in the workshop and will be applied to the program cost. Balance in full is due by May 26, 2027. Participants register for the full session with everyone arriving on Paros on June 26, 2027. Departure date is July 4, 2027.

The art classes are held for seven full days, with arrival one day prior to the first day of the art class. The cost of the program is $1,100 payable in US dollars. The program fee includes tuition for classes and some workshop materials. All payments for the art classes are conducted via bank-to-bank wire transfer or with PayPal instant transfer. 

Ground transportation, airfare to and from Paros, accommodation, required art supplies, personal items and purchases, daily meals and additional excursions are not included in the program fee.

A deposit of USD $200 is required and non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw from the trip, you must notify by email.

Cancellation 

If, for any reason, a workshop needs to be cancelled (by Artists on the Move and Neva Bergemann), you will be notified seven weeks before the scheduled starting date of the session. In this case specifically where seven weeks notice has been given, the deposit and any other payments will be refunded in full or participants may choose to register for another session.
